FAQs

  • Our service area is within 75 miles from Houston, TX 77089. Anything outside of this area can be photographed/videographed, but there will be an extra trip charge based on current IRS Mileage Deduction Rates above 150 miles roundtrip plus a $10 base fee.

  • We do not provide Matterport/3D Tours. We do however provide what we think is a better solution to showcase your listing, and that is Property Tour Videos! You can take a look at one of our examples below or go to our YouTube Channel where you will find more of our past work!

  • Our turnaround time is typically within 24hours for photos and 72hours for videos. We deliver files via an emailed link using our own self-hosted file sharing server, where you will have full access to view and share files to your clients/team. Downloads will be deactivated until the sent invoice has been paid, downloads will be activated within an 8hour time frame from payment made.

  • The only photo edits we do are basic color corrections to best match real-life colors, reflection of cameras from mirrors, and if requested, sky replacement. We do not replace grass, remove junk, or make the property look clean, property will be shot in the condition it is in.

  • We do not stage the property. We will make minor adjustments to make the shot look more appealing, but we do not move bigger/delicate items.

  • You or your clients do not have to be at the property! We welcome you to be there, but attendance is not required for us to shoot. Eduardo, the photographer for Real Estate, is a licensed Realtor and has access to BCS and HAR Supra, and you can let your clients know that a licensed individual will be photographing their home.

    *Eduardo’s TREC # is 740852. If you have any buyer/seller clients that need help in the BCS or HAR MLS areas, Eduardo would be honored to be your go to referral partner!

  • We provide referral discounts! If you refer us to any new agents, they will get a 10% discount on their first shoot with us, and you will get a 10% discount on your next shoot once they book us and pay for their invoice. In order to get this discount, either you or whoever you referred us to must let us know about the referral and provide contact details of the other person.

    *Referral Discounts do not stack and do not expire. They will be applied to the next shoot you book, no matter the price.

  • Eduardo is commercially licensed through FAA Part 107 and his sUAS are registered through FAA.
